@JayatiGhosh The scandal is obvious, however, to my knowledge the EU price is one that was negotiated as a price to pay in any case, without knowing whether the vaccine was to become effective or not, an advance to help its development. It's not quite fair to compare this with pricetags set with this knowledge.
